A. Necat Kirkil is a highly accomplished food safety professional and the official Foundation FSSC 22000 Representative for Türkiye, the Middle East, and Central Asia. He plays a strategic role in advancing the adoption, integrity, and continuous improvement of the FSSC 22000 Scheme across the region. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with certified organizations, certification bodies, regulatory stakeholders, and SMEs, providing expert guidance on food safety culture, risk-based management systems, and the effective implementation of international standards—ensuring organizations achieve sustainable compliance and global recognition.
With a strong foundation in both technical and auditing domains, Necat brings extensive hands-on experience. He has served as a Microbiology and Instrumental Analysis Laboratory Supervisor, Halal Lead Auditor, and Quality Assurance & Food Safety Auditor with TSE. He holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety & Quality Assurance and possesses in-depth expertise in globally recognized standards, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, and HACCP. This enables him to effectively bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and practical, results-driven implementation.
As an integral member of the Foundation FSSC, Necat is deeply committed to supporting organizations—particularly SMEs—through initiatives such as the FSSC Development Program. He empowers them to achieve internationally recognized certification and elevate their food safety maturity. He also actively supports ISO 22000-certified organizations in transitioning to the FSSC 22000 Scheme, driving excellence in food safety culture, risk mitigation, and audit readiness, while helping shape the future of food safety standards across the region.

A respected training specialist, Shatha has collaborated with global organizations such as the World Food Programme (WFP) and World Vision. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and is an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor.

Transitioning into corporate excellence, Maxim became a Lead Auditor for multiple ISO standards with global certification bodies. Currently, as General Manager of TQCSI Syria, he provides strategic leadership, manages legal partnerships, and serves as the organization’s public representative.
He plays a key role in ensuring operational integrity and maintaining international credibility across all functions.
